An upload enters on the left. The probe arch reads its technical facts. The spec gate checks them before anything expensive happens. Only then does the classifier dome send it to a multimodal model. Behind the dome runs the dead-letter loop, where a job goes when the provider fails, to be tried again before anyone gives up.
Every upload ends at the press, which stamps the same contract every time: a decision, a reason, and whether each check actually ran.
PROCESSING_ERROR and safety.evaluated is false. A model declining to answer is not evidence of harm; the system holds what it could not clear.
