A scheduled reconcile that pulls every issue awaiting QA from each team's board onto one central board, without ever overwriting a tester's verdict.

What it does

Every few minutes a job reconciles desired state: it finds each team board with a "QA Testing" column, adds those issues to a central QA board idempotently and tags their area. It never overwrites a QA verdict, and it retires stale cards conservatively, with a cap that prevents mass archiving.

Why it matters

QA works best when testers have one queue. Reconciling rather than syncing events keeps the board correct even after missed runs or manual edits.
