The problem

A business that needs to turn US$100,000 of stablecoins into naira, or the other way round, finds that most local ramp and OTC providers can only fill a fraction of that at a fair price. The liquidity exists, but it is fragmented across many small desks.

How it works

One standard interface. The network speaks an open ramp interoperability standard for quotes, KYC, accounts and transfers, so any provider that implements it can join, and any client integrates once.
Broadcast the order. A large request is offered to every connected provider at once rather than routed to a single favourite.
Split to fill. The order is cut into smaller pieces, a $10,000 order into ten of $1,000, so several providers can fill it in parallel and no one desk has to carry the whole risk.
Settle through escrow. The crypto leg is held in escrow while each provider pays out the fiat leg from its own accounts; release follows counterparty confirmation.

Why it matters

It treats fragmented liquidity like an order book. Instead of asking which provider is big enough, the network asks how to combine the ones that exist, which is the right question on a continent of many small desks.
